About The Position
Forest Hill Heights Senior Living in Forest Hill/Bel Air is seeking a compassionate and dependable Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our day shift care team. In this role, you’ll help ensure our residents receive attentive, high-quality care throughout the night while supporting a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Tennessee
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered and document appropriately
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns to the appropriate team members
- Respond to resident needs and emergencies during overnight hours
- Provide guidance and support to care staff throughout the shift
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and members of the care team
- Follow all applicable policies, procedures, and state regulations
- Help maintain a resident-centered environment that promotes dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life
