About The Position

Forest Hill Heights Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team for every weekend or every other weekend. As a PCA, you’ll play an important role in helping our residents feel comfortable, supported, and cared for while encouraging their independence and dignity. We are dedicated to creating a warm, supportive environment where residents feel at home and caregivers feel valued. Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide personal care and support based on each resident’s individual needs
• Assist with meals and hydration as needed
• Respond promptly and compassionately to resident requests
• Observe residents for changes in condition or behavior and report concerns to the appropriate team member
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
• Provide companionship and meaningful interaction with residents
• Follow resident care plans, community policies, and safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with nursing and care team members to provide an exceptional resident experience
