About The Position

Forest Hill Heights Senior Living in Forest Hill/Bel Air is seeking a compassionate and dependable Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their day shift care team. In this role, you will help ensure residents receive attentive, high-quality care throughout the night while supporting a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Tennessee

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and document appropriately
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns to the appropriate team members
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies during overnight hours
• Provide guidance and support to care staff throughout the shift
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and members of the care team
• Follow all applicable policies, procedures, and state regulations
• Help maintain a resident-centered environment that promotes dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life
