LPN - Cedar Creek
About The Position
Cedar Creek, a Lifespark Senior Living Community in East Bethel, is seeking an LPN to provide and coordinate nursing care for residents and tenants in its 70-unit community offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care. Under the direction of the Director of Health Services, the LPN is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services while maintaining quality care consistent with company and regulatory standards and individual care plans. This is a full-time AM position, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., including every other weekend. The stated wage range is $27.00–$32.50 per hour, based on experience.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid state licensure as an LPN or RN.
- Ability to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents’ families, and employees.
- Advanced computer skills, including email use.
Nice To Haves
- Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care.
- Ensure proper completion and documentation of care, medications, and treatments.
- Support the Director of Health Services with the written staffing plan and nursing schedule to reflect the needs of the resident and tenant population.
- Provide and coordinate nursing care and services in accordance with individual care plans, company standards, and regulatory standards.
