About The Position

Windsor at Celebration is recruiting a hospitality-focused LPN to provide direct nursing care to residents and delegate and supervise care provided by Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants. Employees are expected to practice the LCS Hospitality Promises in interactions with residents, colleagues, and guests. The role requires a current nursing license valid in the state where the employee works and willingness to be available for community emergencies. Employees must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or obtain an approved exemption as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and family and social activities, while promoting residents’ independent lifestyles.
• Identify resident medical and behavioral changes; develop and monitor care plans; and reassess residents.
• Provide daily reports to the Director of Health Services about community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and nursing supply needs.
• Provide nursing care according to physicians’ orders, recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Ensure residents receive preventive, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services, and coordinate nursing care with services provided by other disciplines.
• Delegate and supervise care provided by Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.
• Practice the LCS Hospitality Promises in interactions with residents, fellow employees, and guests.
