About The Position

River Falls Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to provide direct nursing care and support resident well-being. The role includes administering medications and treatments, monitoring resident conditions, documenting care, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Nurses also supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants and help ensure residents receive safe, dignified, and high-quality care. This is a PRN position requiring availability for 12-hour night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. at the facility in Marietta, South Carolina.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification.
• Maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements.
• Remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Availability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach.
• Dependable, professional, and positive attitude with strong work ethic.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for providing exceptional care to an underserved population.

• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Respond appropriately to resident needs and emergencies.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Use PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed.
