About The Position

Provide personal care, assistance, support, and companionship to residents. Administer or assist with medications in accordance with each resident’s care plan, check on residents’ well-being, and communicate changes in condition or care plans. Collaborate with the Health Services Director to assess and document resident assessments at state- or Brightview-specified intervals. The role is described as part-time and offers a salary range of $35.75–$43.00 per hour. Pay offers may take into account experience, qualifications, location, community size, certifications, and training.

Requirements

• Graduate of a state-approved school of nursing.
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse or Practical/Vocational Nurse.
• At least one year of experience in assisted living, hospice, home health, acute care, or long-term care.
• Positive attitude and enjoyment of working with people.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care, assistance, support, and companionship.
• Administer or assist with medication for residents according to the Resident Care Plan.
• Check on residents’ well-being and communicate changes in condition or care plan.
• Collaborate with the Health Services Director in assessing and documenting resident assessments at state- or Brightview-specified intervals.
