About The Position

We’re excited to grow our team and have a full-time opening for an LPN at Promise Care in Nixa, MO. This role focuses on delivering quality resident care by ensuring safety and meeting the physical, emotional, spiritual, and medical needs of residents with strong leadership and excellent customer service. The role includes offering personal care, support, supervision, and evaluation to residents, enriching their lives by addressing their physical, intellectual, emotional, and social well-being.

Requirements

Must possess a valid LPN license
Strong leadership skills
Excellent customer service skills
Adherence to state laws, regulations, and community philosophy
Compliance with federal and state standards
Ability to follow infection control and safety guidelines

Responsibilities

Preparing and administering medications per infection control and safety guidelines
Documenting accurately in resident charts
Receiving and processing physician orders
Managing new admissions and discharges
Making rounds to ensure safety and needs are met
Monitoring and recording vital signs
Offering personal care, support, supervision, and evaluation to residents
Coordinating health care needs
Evaluating and enhancing program services
Delivering top-notch care through the nursing process
