About The Position
Ironclad & Co. is seeking reliable, hardworking Landscapers to join a growing team. This is an immediate-hire opportunity for individuals who take pride in outdoor work, enjoy physical activity, and want stable, year-round employment with a company that values its people. You’ll work on residential, commercial, and institutional properties performing installs, grounds maintenance, and outdoor improvement tasks.
Requirements
- Previous landscaping or sealcoating experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions for long periods
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions
Nice To Haves
- Experience with commercial landscaping, paving, and sealcoating
- Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Landscape Maintenance — mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and debris removal
- Planting & Mulching — trees, shrubs, flowers, sod installation
- Irrigation Support — basic troubleshooting, adjustments, and reporting issues
- Equipment Operation — mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, hedge trimmers
- Safety Compliance — follow all company and site safety protocols
- Maintain clean, professional work areas
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
