About The Position

Ironclad & Co. is hiring Sealcoating Technicians for immediate placement. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in asphalt maintenance, construction labor, landscaping, paving, or surface restoration. You will work on driveways, parking lots, walkways, educational, and commercial properties applying sealcoat, repairing asphalt, and ensuring high‑quality finishes. This is hands‑on, outdoor work requiring reliability, physical stamina, and attention to detail.

Requirements

Experience in sealcoating, asphalt, landscaping, construction, or similar labor roles
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in heat and humidity
Reliable transportation to job sites
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Nice To Haves

Prior sealcoating or asphalt maintenance experience
Familiarity with sealcoat sprayers, squeegees, or crack‑fill equipment
Experience with parking lot line striping
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Surface Preparation — cleaning, edging, pressure washing, debris removal, and prepping asphalt surfaces
Crack Filling & Asphalt Repair — applying hot or cold crack filler, patching damaged areas, smoothing and leveling surfaces
Sealcoat Application — spraying or squeegee‑applying sealcoat materials evenly across asphalt surfaces
Equipment Operation — use of blowers, sprayers, squeegees, mixing drills, and sealcoat tanks
Line Striping Support — assisting with layout, taping, and painting parking lot lines (if required)
Material Handling — lifting 50+ lbs, transporting buckets, tools, and sealcoat materials
Safety Compliance — following PPE requirements, safe chemical handling, and job‑site protocols
General Labor Support — assisting with site setup, cleanup, and project logistics
