LPN-PRN-Assisted Living
About The Position
Benedictine is seeking dynamic and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to provide quality, patient-centered, evidence-based care to residents in an assisted living setting. The LPN uses the principles of Relationship Based Care, conducts initial data collection on residents, and participates in implementing person-driven care plans developed by an RN. Benedictine and its Ministry partners are a nonprofit senior care organization founded by the Sisters of St. Scholastica. The organization describes its core values as Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice, and emphasizes a supportive culture for residents and team members.
Requirements
- Hold a current state Practical Nurse license in good standing.
- Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Nice To Haves
- Clinical experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Use the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
- Perform initial data collection on all residents.
- Participate in implementing person-driven care plans developed by an RN.
