About The Position

The LPN provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises care provided by Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants. The role supports residents’ daily living, independence, social engagement, and nursing needs at Clarendale West End. This is a full-time opportunity on a 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. shift, with every other weekend required. The stated pay is $33–$34 per hour. The LPN must be willing to be available for any or all community emergencies.

Requirements

LPN qualification is required.
Current nursing license valid in the state where the position is worked.
Willingness to be available for any or all emergencies regarding the community.
Enthusiastic, compassionate senior care professional passionate about hospitality and senior engagement.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and family and social activities, and actively promote residents’ independent lifestyles.
Identify changes in residents’ medical and behavioral conditions; develop and monitor care plans; and reassess each resident.
Provide daily reports to the Director of Health Services regarding community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and nursing supply needs.
Provide nursing care in accordance with physicians’ orders, recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
Ensure residents receive preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services, and coordinate nursing care with services provided by other disciplines.
Delegate and supervise care provided by Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.
