Per Diem LPN Visit Nurse
About The Position
BrightStar Care is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support its expanding service area on a part-time or per-diem basis. The nurse provides individualized care to clients in their homes while maintaining a flexible schedule. Additional hours may become available as the territory grows. The role is suited to a nurse who is comfortable working independently, committed to exceptional care, and eager to contribute to the community. Compensation is $35.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of Minnesota.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing empathetic, respectful care.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with keen attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in home health care or similar settings is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing services to patients in a home setting.
- Perform routine nursing care as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
- Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of vital signs and health progress.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
