About The Position
Agawam West Rehab & Nursing is seeking an experienced LPN Unit Manager to lead its nursing team and support quality resident care in a team-oriented skilled nursing facility. The role involves guiding staff, coordinating daily care, and contributing to a positive care environment.
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts LPN license
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities
