LPN Supervisor
About The Position
NHC Place St Peters Memory Care is seeking an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) with prior Memory Care experience to join their team as an Evening or Night shift Supervisor. This role involves working with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure accurate patient assessment and care plans, maintaining open communication with patients and families, ensuring appropriate nursing care is delivered, assisting with medications and treatments, supervising and coaching nurses and other nursing partners, participating in daily and monthly meetings, coordinating patient/resident appointments and transportation, and performing other assigned patient care duties. The facility is conveniently located off interstate 70.
Requirements
- Prior Memory Care experience
- Missouri LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license

Responsibilities
