Requirements
- Current Michigan LPN license
- At least 2 years of nursing experience, including 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
- Lead and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care
- Monitor resident conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with the care team
