About The Position
The LPN provides direct and indirect care to a designated group of patients or residents by carrying out provider orders. The LPN supervises direct care staff, evaluates patient or resident needs, and ensures continuity of care by following an established plan of care. The role collaborates with facility ancillary staff and nursing administration.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Current State of Tennessee license and/or multistate license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Current BLS certification.
Nice To Haves
- Practical nursing experience is preferred; new graduates are accepted.
