Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of Michigan.
- Experience in Medicare home care nursing.
- Proficiency with Kinser software for patient documentation and care management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes in Livonia, MI.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes according to Medicare standards.
- Assess patient health status and develop appropriate care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and document care accurately using Kinser software.
- Communicate regularly with physicians, patients, and family members to coordinate and update care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and Medicare requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients.
