About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is a non-profit organization that has been providing care for 50 years. As a nonprofit, employees are not worried about company mergers, acquisitions, or new leadership teams. Leaders and nurses are home-grown and enjoy many years of tenure. This role involves private duty nursing, which means working full shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) with one client for the entire shift. Nurses work with local clients nearby, minimizing commutes. Common diagnoses include TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery. BAYADA offers 24/7 managerial support and a compliance hotline, one-to-one client care, and weekly paychecks. Flexible schedules are available.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one client care for the entire shift.
• Work with local clients nearby with short commutes.
• Manage common diagnoses such as TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery.
