Immediate Opening LPN/RN - In Home visits + flexible scheduling
About The Position
Integrity Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. This role involves providing one-on-one patient care in their homes and communities, focusing on routine skilled nursing visits (30-60 minutes) for medication setup and general health assessments. The position offers flexible scheduling with approximately 10 weekly visits, with the potential to grow the caseload up to full-time. There are no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements. Patients are located in Jasper County, MO, and surrounding counties including Newton, Barton, and Vernon Counties. A company car is available for use or mileage reimbursement for personal vehicles.
Requirements
- Current MO/Compact RN or LPN license in good standing.
- 1 year of paid RN or LPN experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine skilled nursing visits (30-60 minutes) in patients' homes and communities.
- Conduct medication setup for patients.
- Perform general health assessments.
- Schedule visits accordingly within the month.
- Serve patients reliably in Jasper County MO and surrounding counties including Newton, Barton & Vernon Counties.
