Immediate Opening LPN/RN - In Home visits + flexible scheduling
About The Position
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Integrity Home Health Care. This role involves providing one-on-one patient care in their homes and communities, focusing on routine skilled nursing visits (30-60 minutes) for medication setup and general health assessments. The position offers flexible scheduling with the opportunity to start part-time and potentially grow to a full-time caseload. Patients are located in Jasper County, MO, and surrounding counties including Newton, Barton, and Vernon Counties. This role does not require nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call duties. A company car is provided for travel to and from the Joplin office, or mileage reimbursement is available for personal vehicle use.
Requirements
- Current MO/Compact RN or LPN license in good standing.
- 1 year of paid RN or LPN experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide routine skilled nursing visits (30-60 minutes) in patients' homes and communities.
- Perform medication setup for patients.
- Conduct general health assessments.
- Help patients maintain their independence and quality of life.
- Schedule visits accordingly within the month.
- Serve patients reliably in Jasper County, MO, and surrounding counties (Newton, Barton, Vernon).
