About The Position

The RN/LPN monitors residents’ health status and care plans throughout the Care Center, supporting the Rehab, Assisted Living, Special Care, and Long-Term Care neighborhoods. The position assists and leads STNA staff. The ideal candidate has strong assessment skills, works effectively in a changing environment, is a team player, and demonstrates a positive attitude and self-motivation. The role is full-time, first shift, from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with holiday and weekend rotation.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current LPN nursing license in good standing with the State licensing board.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and honor residents’ rights.
• Ability to communicate effectively with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
• Excellent attendance and work history.
• Good assessment skills, ability to work effectively in a changing environment, teamwork, a positive attitude, and self-motivation.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of one year of Long-Term Care experience is preferred.
