Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license
- Strong assessment, communication, organization, and clinical skills
- Ability to work effectively with older adults and residents with chronic or complex medical conditions
- Commitment to providing respectful, person-centered care
Responsibilities
- Assessing residents’ health needs
- Administering medications and treatments
- Monitoring changes in condition
- Coordinating care with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
