Requirements
- Current CPR Certification
- AED Response Training
- Active Pennsylvania LPN or RN License
- Passion for providing exceptional Resident care and service
Responsibilities
- Respond to urgent Resident needs and wellness concerns
- Perform clinical assessments, treatments, and diagnostic testing
- Administer medications, immunizations, and wound care
- Communicate with Residents, families, and healthcare providers
- Help develop and implement individualized care plans
- Support Team Member health services, including TB testing, immunizations, and injury assessments
- Provide health education and wellness guidance to Residents
