LPN/RN Homecare (Children and Young Adults)
About The Position
Phoenix is hiring compassionate LPNs and RNs to provide exceptional one-on-one private duty nursing to pediatric and young adult patients with complex medical needs in their homes. Nurses build lasting relationships with patients and families, support children in remaining at home, and provide skilled, patient-centered care tailored to each patient’s needs. Phoenix offers hands-on specialized training for both new graduates and experienced nurses. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shift options are available. Premium pay is offered for weekday overnights (+$3/hour), weekend days (+$4/hour), and weekend overnights (+$5/hour). Full-time and part-time nurses are eligible for an annual stay bonus. Benefits include health, dental, and vision coverage, PTO, and a 401(k); these benefits are also available to part-time team members. Requirements
- Hold a current and active LPN or RN license.
- Have a passion for patient-centered care.
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience is preferred but not required; hands-on training is provided.
