About The Position

Phoenix is hiring licensed practical nurses and registered nurses to provide exceptional one-on-one private duty nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs in their homes. Nurses work with one patient at a time, build long-term relationships with patients and their families, and help children remain at home in a familiar environment. Phoenix offers specialized, hands-on training for nurses at all experience levels. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shift options are available.

Requirements

• Hold a current and active LPN or RN license.
• Have a passion for patient-centered care.

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience is preferred but not required; hands-on training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, patient-centered nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs in their homes.
• Deliver one-on-one private duty nursing care.
• Build relationships with patients and families and partner with them throughout the care journey.
• Help children remain at home with their families and familiar routines.
