About The Position
Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) for Private Duty Nursing (PDN) roles. This position offers a $3000.00 sign-on bonus for full-time employees. The role involves providing individualized, in-home nursing care to children and young adults, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient conditions, and assisting with daily living needs. Requirements
- Active LPN license (state required)
- Dependable, compassionate, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently in a home setting
- Strong communication and observational skills
