About The Position
Phoenix is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to provide exceptional one-on-one home care to pediatric and young adult patients. This role offers a purpose-driven nursing experience where relationships matter and your care makes a visible impact. You will deliver skilled nursing to children and young adults with complex medical needs, build genuine relationships with patients and their families, and help keep families together by supporting children as they grow and thrive in their homes. Phoenix provides specialized, hands-on training for all nurses, whether new grads or seasoned professionals, to ensure they feel fully prepared to meet patient needs. Requirements
- Current and active LPN or RN license
- Passion for patient-centered care
