This role involves comprehensive patient care coordination within a physician's clinic, where the LPN is essential in assessing and preparing patients for their visits, ensuring that all interactions facilitate optimal care and treatment adherence. The LPN also plays a pivotal role in clinic organization, from managing documentation in medical records to ensuring supplies and equipment are well-stocked and maintained. Collaboration with doctors, reception staff, and other nursing team members is key to maintaining efficient patient flow and scheduling. Challenges such as managing high-stress situations, adapting to varied patient needs, and multitasking efficiently are common, requiring robust problem-solving skills and adaptability. Requirements

  • American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire
  • Current LPN license for State of Minnesota
  • One year of clinical nursing experience (for coordinator or specialist roles)
