About The Position

This role offers one-on-one care, allowing nurses to build lasting relationships with patients and their families. You will be part of a supportive, close-knit clinical team. SabalCare provides ongoing training for specialized care such as vent, trach, g-tube, and pediatric care.
Requirements
- Active Florida LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- Compassion, patience, and a sense of humor
- TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Experience with pediatric or adult high-acuity care is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in a home setting to medically fragile patients (adult or pediatric).
- Monitor vital signs, manage complex medical equipment, and support day-to-day activities.
- Educate families on care plans and promote a safe, nurturing home environment.
- Collaborate with our RN Supervisors and care team to ensure top-quality outcomes.
