About The Position
The Ambulatory Clinic Ahead Program (ACAP) is an exciting opportunity for LPNs to start in our hiring pool, receive standardized training to St. Luke’s and the opportunity to rotate through clinics to find a permanent position in a Treasure Valley clinic that is an ideal fit. Your Treasure Valley work location will vary based on current open positions and preference, including location, specialty, and shift. Clinic rotations offer a chance to explore different clinic positions firsthand and can help individuals make more informed decisions on final placement. Gain experience and expertise through our comprehensive standardized medical assistant onboarding, preparing you to excel in the dynamic environment of our clinics. Part-time and full-time day shift opportunities available. Primary Care and Specialty Clinic positions available.
Requirements
- Graduation from a Licensed Practical Nursing Program
- Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the State of Practice
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient experiences in ambulatory clinics.
- Participate in clinic rotations to explore different positions.
- Receive standardized training specific to St. Luke's.
- Find a permanent position in a Treasure Valley clinic.
