About The Position

At St. Luke’s, our dedicated team of Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences in the ambulatory clinics. We are currently hiring CMAs and LPNs for part-time positions across several Treasure Valley clinics. Successful candidates will be hired directly into a specific clinic based on their interests, experience, and availability. Schedules range from 16 to 28 hours per week, offering flexibility and consistency. Most of our clinics are open Monday through Friday 8 to 5 pm. Current part-time openings include: Meridian Radiation Oncology, Meridian Travel Medicine, Capital City Family Medicine, Float Pool. Direct placement into a clinic, flexible part-time day shift opportunities (16–28 hours/week), comprehensive, standardized CMA onboarding to set you up for success, a chance to work in Primary Care or Specialty Clinic settings, and collaborative team environments with a strong focus on patient-centered care are all part of what you can expect from this role.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (for CMA)
  • Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Current recognized National Certification as a Medical Assistant from one of the following: NCCT, NAHP, AMT, AAMA, AMCA, or NHA (for CMA)
  • Graduation from a Licensed Practical Nursing Program (for LPN)
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the State of Practice (for LPN)
