About The Position

Family First HomeCare is hiring experienced LPNs to provide one-on-one pediatric skilled nursing throughout East Pasco County, including Wesley Chapel, Zephyrhills, Land O' Lakes, Lutz, Odessa, Dade City, and surrounding communities. Our greatest need is for experienced G-Tube, Trach, and Vent (G/T/V) nurses. We have immediate openings for medically complex pediatric patients with a variety of schedules available. Requirements

• Active Florida LPN license.
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred.
• Trach/Vent experience strongly preferred for high-acuity cases.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric skilled nursing care.
• Perform Tracheostomy Care.
• Manage Ventilator care.
• Provide G-Tube Care.
• Manage Seizure care.
• Administer Oxygen Therapy.
• Administer Medications.
• Perform Catheter Care.
• Perform Pulse Oximetry Monitoring.
• Perform additional skilled pediatric nursing interventions.
