As an LPN or RN on this case, you will provide 1:1 nursing care to a middle-aged adult in their home. Requirements
- Current Illinois LPN or RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and patient-centered
Nice To Haves
- Private duty, home health, or complex-care experience is a plus, but training can be provided based on the needs of the case
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized skilled nursing care according to the patient's plan of care
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor and document the patient's condition and any changes
- Assist with medical equipment and other skilled nursing needs as appropriate
- Communicate with the patient, family, and Castor clinical team
- Complete accurate electronic documentation
- Provide compassionate, respectful care while promoting the patient's comfort, safety, and independence
