About The Position
Rolling Green Village, a not-for-profit faith-based retirement community, is seeking hospitality-minded registered nurses or licensed practical nurses to work in its rehabilitation or skilled nursing units. The role includes 12-hour shifts. Staffing ratios are listed as 1:16 on the skilled nursing unit from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., 1:24 from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., and a maximum of 1:11 on the rehabilitation unit on both shifts. Rolling Green Village reimburses RN/LPN license and CPR fees and offers IV certification and other certifications. The facility has no tracheostomy or TPN residents. The Staff Nurse administers medications and treatments, completes documentation, and responds to emergency calls as indicated. Staff Nurses are expected to help create a warm and inviting environment for residents and families, demonstrate leadership by example, and guide aides in providing care that helps make the community feel like home. Candidates should want to join a team dedicated to outstanding resident care. LPN salary is listed as $28–$31.50, and RN salary as $34–$38. A weekend shift differential of $8 is offered for full- or part-time employees.
Requirements
- Valid RN or LPN license.
- CPR card.
- Pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and physical.
