About The Position
BAYADA is seeking compassionate and dedicated LPNs for their Nurse New Grad Residency program. This program is designed to help new graduate nurses flourish by learning new skills, growing with challenges, succeeding in assignments, and advancing their nursing careers. BAYADA focuses on one-on-one patient care, offering flexible scheduling, paid time off, weekly pay, and electronic charting. New nurses receive in-depth paid training from day one, access to award-winning simulation labs, and around-the-clock clinical support. The program emphasizes working close to home and provides nurse referral bonuses. BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care accredited by the ANCC. As a non-profit organization, BAYADA prioritizes quality care, with Clinical Managers providing thorough support to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident. They care for patients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, allowing nurses to explore their passions.
Requirements
- Must be a new graduate LPN.

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Utilize electronic charting via Statewise.
- Participate in in-depth paid training.
- Work with adult and pediatric patients.
- Provide care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
