About The Position
Jump-start your LPN career through BAYADA’s paid Nurse Residency Program. This program is designed to build confidence, clinical competence, and real-world experience from day one. Join a compassionate team supporting local clients across Fort Wayne and surrounding areas. BAYADA provides skilled, one-on-one care to clients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with a wide range of acuity and clinical needs. Our nurses support clients in the home, building meaningful relationships while delivering personalized, high-quality care. We currently have opportunities with clients throughout Fort Wayne. Requirements
- Active nursing license in Indiana (or pending licensure with NCLEX date)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled, one-on-one care to clients of all ages (pediatrics to geriatrics) in their homes.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients while delivering personalized, high-quality care.
- Utilize electronic charting for documentation.
- Participate in simulation labs for pediatric and adult care.
- Receive 1:1 support and mentorship during training and ongoing clinical practice.
