About The Position
BAYADA is seeking new graduate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for their accredited Nurse Residency Program in home care. This program offers paid, in-depth training from day one, focusing on developing skills and confidence for one-on-one patient care. The program is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). As a non-profit organization, BAYADA prioritizes quality care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, allowing nurses to explore their passions. Clinical Managers provide dedicated support to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident in their abilities.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
- CPR certification in good standing.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in adult and pediatric simulation labs.
- Willingness to work close to home.
- Ability to provide around-the-clock clinical support.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Utilize electronic charting via Cubhub.
- Participate in in-depth paid training.
- Work closely with Clinical Managers for support and skill development.
- Care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
