About The Position
Brookdale Ormond Beach is seeking an LPN - Nurse Manager for their 58-unit assisted living community. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care. The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community, ensuring residents' healthcare needs are met with respect and dignity, and adapting to changing healthcare requirements. This role involves close collaboration with the Director of Nursing and includes an "on call" rotation every 5 weeks.
Requirements
- LPN
- Previous experience working in the Assisted Living or Memory Care field.
Responsibilities
- Manages the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community.
- Ensures resident’s healthcare needs are met.
- Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity.
- Ensures quality care as resident’s healthcare needs change.
- Works closely with the Director of Nursing.
- Participates in an "on call" rotation every 5 weeks.
