Requirements
- Active LPN license in Wisconsin (required)
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of RCAC rules and compliance regulations
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all nursing services to ensure safe, high-quality resident care
- Lead, coach, and support nursing staff, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with Wisconsin RCAC regulations, state guidelines, and company policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and leadership to support resident care plans
- Monitor clinical outcomes, address concerns proactively, and drive continuous quality improvement
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support clinical operations
