A Path of Care Home Health is seeking a full-time LPN Medical Records Specialist to support our Yukon office. Requirements

Active Oklahoma LPN License
Associate degree in a related health or financial field
At least 2 years of experience in medical records or healthcare billing
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and email
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to communicate clearly
Ability to manage time well
Ability to solve problems effectively
Ability to maintain a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities

Maintaining accurate patient records
Processing physician orders
Auditing documentation
Coordinating billing information
Ensuring regulatory compliance
Assisting with scheduling, referrals, and general office support
Providing skilled nursing visits in patients' homes as needed, including treatments, patient education, clinical documentation, and communication with physicians, RNs, and case managers to ensure continuity of care.
