About The Position

THP Healthcare Staffing is seeking an LPN/LVN for a long-term care position in LaFollette, Tennessee. The schedule is a 3x12 night shift. Applicants must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. Candidates must also meet the listed documentation, certification, screening, and vaccination requirements.

Requirements

• Current state licensure.
• At least 1 year of recent experience.
• Current resume.
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications.
• Two current clinical references.
• Physical examination completed within the past 12 months.
• TB skin test completed within the past 12 months.
• Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella.
• Respiratory fit test completed within the past 12 months.
• Current Tdap and flu vaccinations.
• Must pass pre-employment screening, background screening, and urine drug screening.
