About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Papillion, NE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing setting and possess strong skills in medication administration, resident assessment, and documentation. Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities are essential for this role. The position requires availability to work every other weekend and successful completion of a clinical interview. Additionally, candidates must complete the Nebraska DHHS screening within 48 hours of placement.

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in NE
• Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification
• Availability to work every other weekend
• Strong medication administration skills
• Strong resident assessment skills
• Strong documentation skills
