About The Position
This position requires an active Tennessee or Compact LPN license and a minimum of 2 years of recent LPN/LTC experience. Current BLS certification is also required. Previous experience in LTC, SNF, or Skilled Nursing is necessary. The role demands strong skills in medication administration, resident assessment, care planning, and clinical documentation. Experience caring for geriatric and long-term care residents is preferred, as is the ability to recognize changes in resident condition and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
