About The Position

This position is for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. The role requires the nurse to be comfortable working in a fast-paced post-acute rehabilitation environment with frequent admissions and discharges. Strong skills in medication administration, patient assessment, care planning, and clinical documentation are essential. Candidates must have an active Nebraska LPN license, previous travel experience, and recent skilled rehabilitation experience. A clinical interview is required for all candidates, and interview availability must be provided at submission. A NE DHHS check must be completed within 48 hours of placement.

Requirements

• Active Nebraska LPN license
• Previous travel experience
• Recent Skilled Rehab experience
• Comfortable in a heavy short-term rehabilitation setting with frequent admissions and discharges
• Strong medication administration skills
• Strong patient assessment skills
• Strong care planning skills
• Strong clinical documentation skills
• AHA or American Red Cross BLS ONLY
• Must complete a clinical interview
• Interview availability must be provided at submission
