About The Position

Main Line Fertility is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse for a full-time position on our team of professional clinicians. The ideal candidate will educate, treat, inform and prepare patients for their appointment. Candidates for this role should be excellent communicators who excel at developing and maintaining patient relationships, working well on a collaborative team and delivering the very best in compassionate, patient care. Hours: 7:00am - 3:30 pm, 7:30am - 4:00pm OR 8:00am - 4:30 pm. Weekend and holiday rotation is required - in Bryn Mawr Location: Based in Bryn Mawr with coverage of our other offices in Havertown and West Chester,

Requirements

LPN Licensed Practical Nurse - current license valid in Pennsylvania
High school diploma or equivalent required
Phlebotomy experience required; certification preferred
Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience required
Experience in Women’s Health or Fertility preferred
Strong keyboarding skills and experience with electronic medical records
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is essential

Responsibilities

Assisting physicians with patient care
Prepare patients for exams or treatment including taking patient history, vitals and phlebotomy
Prepare exam and treatment rooms as needed and ensure they are fully stocked for patient care
Sterilize instruments
Perform and assist with general administrative tasks such as contacting/scheduling patients
Document patient care and maintain electronic patient records in compliance with all regulations and policies ensuring accuracy and in a timely manner
