Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work the 1:45 PM–10:00 PM shift.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in dementia/Alzheimer's care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for individuals with dementia and Alzheimer's.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient vital signs and condition.
- Document patient care and observations.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members.
