About The Position
Christian Health has been providing exceptional care for over a century. We are seeking a Scheduled Per Diem II Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Heritage Manor Nursing Home team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising the daily activities of nursing assistants to ensure the highest quality of care. You will also demonstrate an understanding of and embrace the mission statement of Christian Health. Our interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurse specialists, and therapists, collaborates to create individualized care plans that address the physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being of each resident.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

- Demonstrates compliance with the CH ASPIRE Standards of Performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents.
- Supervise the day-to-day activities performed by nursing assistants.
