We are seeking Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurses to join Heritage Manor. As an LPN in the nursing home, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants to ensure the highest degree of quality care. You will demonstrate an understanding of, and embrace, the mission statement of Christian Health. Heritage Manor's team focuses on meeting physical needs while also acknowledging and enhancing each individual's spiritual and emotional well-being. A full-time Medical Director coordinates a team including On-Site Physicians, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Geriatric Nurse Practitioners, Certified Nursing Assistants, Dietitians, Physiatrists, Psychiatrists, Social Workers, Chaplains, and Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists, who together create individualized care plans.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Demonstrates compliance with the CH ASPIRE Standards of Performance.
