About The Position

The supervisor also mentors and trains nursing staff, maintains accurate resident care records, and addresses clinical issues efficiently.
Requirements
- LPN license
- Experience in a supervisory role
- Proficiency in using advanced documentation systems
- Ability to administer medications and treatments
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Experience with UC, Cart Nurse, and CNA
- Experience in mentoring and training nursing staff
